What apartment types are available at Narea?
Studios, 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1 apartments, and duplexes on floors 15–16. The availability list shows the exact interior area, floor and plan of every apartment for sale.
What amenities are included?
Residents have access to a spa, gym and wellness centre, padel courts, sports fields, a kids’ playground, and indoor and outdoor pools. Narea is also a hotel: its 322 apartments share the development with 280 hotel rooms.
When will Narea be completed?
Narea is in the foundation phase: excavation has started. Construction runs from March 2026 to March 2028. Ask the sales office for the handover window of your building and floor; it is confirmed in writing with your reservation.
How much do apartments cost?
Every apartment’s current price is listed in the search above, VAT included. It depends on the apartment’s size and floor: the price per m² rises on the upper floors.
What is the payment plan?
You buy directly from Grand Brilliant. You pay 30% when you sign the contract, then six instalments of 10%, one every five months. The last 10% is paid in two parts: 5% when you receive the keys and 5% with the ownership certificate. The exact amounts and dates are set in your contract. Can I rent out my apartment, and is there a management service?
Management services are available for owners who want them; the terms are set by contract. Ask the sales office how it works for your apartment.
Who designed Narea?
Narea is designed by GG-loop, the Amsterdam studio, with 21 ARCH and IMPULS. The architecture takes its cue from the pomegranate: a sculpted form that opens around a planted inner courtyard.
Is there parking?
Yes. Each building has three underground levels. Level -1 is reserved for the hotel; the spaces on levels -2 and -3 are for apartment buyers. Ask the sales office for the price and availability of a space.
How far is the beach?
About 50 metres. Narea is on the coast at Qerret, beside the future Qerret Marina.
