From a hotel by the sea to homes by the sea
Grand Brilliant began with Brilliant Hotel & SPA, our 175-room hotel in Qerret, 20 metres from the beach, with five pools, the Bliss SPA and two restaurants. Running it taught us what makes people feel at home by the sea: light, space, calm and care over the details.
Today we bring that experience to three developments in Qerret: Narea, Seastra and Palm Paradise, designed with GG-loop, IMPULS, 21 ARCH and VÆKU Studio.

Two apartment buildings and a hotel by GG-loop, 16 floors each, 50 metres from the beach, with 322 apartments and 280 hotel rooms. Excavation has started, and completion is planned for March 2028.
