Seastra is an aparthotel on the Adriatic coast at Qerret, designed by GG-loop, the Amsterdam studio. Inspired by the rocks that line the shore, its four buildings grow from the landscape rather than rising above it.
Their smooth forms echo coastal stone. Following biophilic principles, the design places openings for daylight and sea views, shades the terraces for the sea breeze, and brings planting into green balconies and private courtyards.

What apartment types does Seastra offer?
Studios, one-bedroom (1+1), two-bedroom (2+1) and a few three-bedroom (3+1) apartments. The availability list shows the exact interior area, floor and plan of every apartment for sale.
When will Seastra be completed?
Seastra is in the foundation phase. Construction takes about 36 months, and completion is planned for May 2029. Ask the sales office for the handover window of your building and floor.
How much does an apartment cost?
Each apartment’s page shows its current price, VAT included, with any terrace or balcony already in it. The price per m² rises on the upper floors.
What is the payment plan?
To reserve an apartment, you pay 1% of its price, which holds it for one month. You then pay 30% when you sign the contract and six instalments of 10%, one every five months. The last 10% is paid in two parts: 5% when you receive the keys and 5% with the ownership certificate. The exact amounts and dates are set in your contract.

Yes, on two underground levels (-1 and -2). Ask the sales office for the price and availability of a space.
Which buildings are on sale now?
The availability list shows every apartment on sale now and the building it is in. The other buildings will be added to the list when they are released; ask the sales office if you are waiting for one of them.
