Our Story
It started with
a hotel.
Before Grand Brilliant, there was Brilliant Hotel & SPA: a 175-room hotel in Qerret, 20 metres from a sandy beach. It has five pools, one of them indoors, the Bliss SPA with saunas, jacuzzis and a salt room, two restaurants, two beach bars and a lounge bar out in the sea. It welcomes families and travellers, and hosts weddings and other celebrations.
Running a hotel taught us what makes people feel at home by the sea: good light, space, quiet and a view. Grand Brilliant is the next chapter. We build homes with the same care, from the floor plan to the view from every window.

Our developments are designed with GG-loop, IMPULS, 21 ARCH and VÆKU Studio. Together they bring pools, a spa, sports courts, shops and green space to this part of the coast. Tirana is 50 km away, “Nënë Tereza” International Airport 40 km and the Port of Durrës 17 km: close enough for Qerret to be a home all year as well as a holiday one.
