Privacy Policy
Last updated 28 July 2026
Grand Brilliant respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through grandbrilliant.al, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have over it.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Grand Brilliant is the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at:
- Address — Rruga e fshatrave turistik, Qerret, Kavajë, Albania
- Email — info@grandbrilliant.al
- Telephone — +355 69 308 8989
2. What we collect, and why
When you send us an enquiry. Our contact form asks for your name, email address, telephone number, the development you are interested in, and your message. We use this only to answer you and to discuss availability, pricing and plans. Without it we cannot reply.
When you subscribe to updates. Our newsletter form collects your email address and a record of the consent you gave. We use it to send you news about our developments. Nothing more.
When you simply browse. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time. These exist to keep the site secure and running, and to diagnose faults.
What we do not do. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site, we do not build advertising profiles, we do not buy personal data from third parties, and we never sell your data. See our Cookie Policy for the detail.
3. Our legal grounds
- Your consent — for marketing emails. You may withdraw it at any time, and every email carries an unsubscribe link.
- Steps taken at your request before entering a contract — for responding to a property enquiry.
- Our legitimate interests — for keeping the website secure and for keeping records of the enquiries we have handled. We balance these against your rights.
- Legal obligation — where tax, accounting or property law requires us to retain records.
4. Who sees your data
Your data stays with our own staff and with the service providers who make the website work. Those are our website hosting provider, which stores the site and its database, and our email provider, through which enquiries reach us. They act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
We may also disclose data where the law obliges us to, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
Enquiries submitted through the site are stored in the website database and sent to our own mailbox. Where a provider processes data outside Albania, we rely on the safeguards that provider offers for international transfers.
5. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a purchase — up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted.
- Newsletter subscriptions — until you unsubscribe, and a suppression record afterwards so we do not email you again by mistake.
- Records connected to a completed purchase — for as long as Albanian tax, accounting and property law requires.
- Server logs — a short rolling period set by our host, typically weeks rather than months.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, restrict how we use it, or send it to another provider in a portable form. You can object to processing we base on legitimate interests, and you can withdraw consent to marketing at any time without affecting what we did lawfully beforehand.
Write to info@grandbrilliant.al and we will respond within the period the law allows. There is no charge for a reasonable request.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to Albania’s Information and Data Protection Commissioner. If you are in the EU or the UK, you may instead complain to your own national supervisory authority.
7. Keeping your data safe
The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, administrative access is restricted and protected by login limits, and we keep the platform and its components updated. No website can promise perfect security, but we take these obligations seriously and review them as the site grows.
8. Children
This website is aimed at adults considering a property purchase. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Other websites
Where we link to a site we do not operate, this policy stops at that link. Please read the privacy policy of any site you go on to visit.
10. Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices or our legal obligations change — for example if we introduce analytics. The date at the top records the latest version.
11. Contact us
